If you know what you are good at, your confidence is high and you’re not afraid to measure up to questions from recruiters and potential new employers.

This sample charting exercise asks you to list 5 skills.  Write one word describing each and rank how good you think you are with “5” as your best and “1” as your worst.  The ranking is to keep you clear about how good you really are.  When you’re a contender for a job, you only want to put your best forward.
