Career-Wise Ways ... Not Just A Job-But A Career ®

Reviewing 2013...!

2013 was a year of changes. There was a lot of second-guessing going on in practically every civilized topic including politics, economic trends, unemployment, job topics, health care, children's wellness, the environment and so much more.

Looking back at 2013's performance, I am focused on five key elements – surprisingly, the same ones employers and supervisors were looking at a couple of months ago, as they completed staff performance reviews.

I realized is that the year’s performance was better than I guessed:

  • I tweaked a few habits gone awry and I am feeling very positive.

  • I cleaned up my cheering squad and wiith my renewed go-to team in place, I can focus on CWW priorities in 2014.

  • I am steadily beefing up technology  indicating improved problem-solving and creativity. I am excited about pushing the limits of what CWW can do.

  • I downsized my interests to ready myself for a “less is more mentality”.

  • On a personal level, I am finalizing a degree that is culminating in quality of effort.

My post-2013 focus is on clarity and diligence.  Friends and fmaily know that I have a flair for the dramatic and if there is a bohemian renaissance being in my personality, one or both may be unveiled in 2014.

I don’t doubt that 2014 will be as challenging as prior years with its own margins for doubt and overplayed predictions.  I will continue reeling in less than acceptable habits, allowing behavior recognition to feed my check-o-meter, as I put some controls in place to help me realize when stress, lack of wellness,  exercise or meditative nourishment, are out of but not beyond my control.

Yours, mine and anyone’s Life and career can only be as GOOD as WE make it. So, let’s get our Life Operating Systems revved and generating innovative and original approaches to career building, business-building and Life-living to it’s most desirable.

Wishing you “CWW Career-Wise Ways…!®” in all that you do!!
